Common questions

How do I join? You need an invite code from an admin. Open the invite link, or paste the code on the sign-up screen.

Where do I find my DUPR ID? In the DUPR app, open your profile and share it to Net Neighbors, or copy the number shown under your name.

Why does check-in say I'm not at the venue? Check-in confirms your phone is at the venue. Turn Location on for the app and try again outside near the courts.

My rating is wrong. Ratings are confirmed by a person from your DUPR profile and refreshed weekly. Email us if yours looks off.

Your data

Delete your account: in the app, Settings, then Delete account. This removes your profile, check-ins, friends and messages. For anything else about your data, email netneighbors.support@gmail.com. See the privacy policy.

Safety

Report or block anyone from their name or any chat message. Admins review reports.
